Srinagar, April 3:<\/strong> At Chest Disease Hospital, doctors are putting all their efforts to treat Covid-19 patients. The doctors in the hospital have cured a patient who was infected with Coronavirus disease.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

There are about 22 Covid-19 patients in the hospital among which one has been cured and will be shortly discharged. <\/span><\/span>Hospital sources told KNT that those declared positive for Coronavirus disease have been quarantined and their samples have again be collected and the results are awaited. Doctors observe a lot of improvement in the condition of these patients and that is why those samples are again being collected of these positive patients so that they can be tested again. Doctors hope, that tests of some of the positive patients may turn out negative this time.<\/span><\/span> Pertinently, Head of Department Chest Disease Hospital, Dr Naveed Shah held a detailed interaction session with all the Covid-19 patients in the hospital. He counseled them and asked them not to lose hope.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A medico in the hospital told KNT that all the Covid-19 patients are being taken care off in a proper manner and they are being provided every facility so that they can feel at home. \u201cWhat matters is the mental health. A patient\u2019s mental health plays an important role in combating this lethal infection,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/span> Dr Naveed Shah said that all the Covid-19 patients are doing well while one has been cured and will be discharged after his quarantine period will be over. He added that six more samples of positive cased have been collected and results are awaited. Dr Naveed further said that two patients have already been discharged and put under quarantine in their respective districts.
