Kulgam, Apr 18: A purported video has gone viral in which a family from South Kashmir\u2019s Kulgam district makes a fervent appeal to its ‘militant’ son to return home for the sake of his elderly parents.<\/p>\n
In the video family members are requesting militants to send their doctor son back to home. However, it is not clear whether the youth in question has joined militant ranks or not.<\/p>\n
Family sources told KNT that Raja Nadeem, who has a Bachelors in veterinary sciences, and is a doctor has gone missing last week. Despite searching for him, he was untraceable. \u201cThe family has a reason to believe that he has joined the militant ranks as they have received information from different quarters that Raja Nadeem has joined a militant outfit.\u201d<\/p>\n
Family has also approached police station and lodged a missing report about his son. \u201cWe are shocked because Nadeem never made us believe that he was inclined towards militancy. He assisted his family and spent most of the time at home,\u201d said the family members.
\n\u201cOur family is shattered.<\/p>\n
