{"id":25713,"date":"2020-05-19T10:48:23","date_gmt":"2020-05-19T05:18:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kashmir.today\/bharti-airtel-clocks-%e2%82%b95237-crore-loss\/"},"modified":"2020-05-19T10:48:23","modified_gmt":"2020-05-19T05:18:23","slug":"bharti-airtel-clocks-%e2%82%b95237-crore-loss","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kashmir.watch\/?p=25713","title":{"rendered":"Bharti Airtel clocks \u20b95,237 crore loss"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Average revenue per user for Q4 rises to \u20b9154 from \u20b9123<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Telecom operator Bharti Airtel on Monday posted a net loss of \u20b95,237 crore after exceptional items for the January-March 2020 period on account of an exceptional charge of \u20b97,004 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a regulatory filing the company said, \u201c\u2026 the net exceptional charge of \u20b97,004 crore comprises a charge on account of reassessment of regulatory cost based on a recent judgment on OTSC [one-time spectrum payment] related matter\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company, which had posted a profit of \u20b9107 crore in the January-March 2019 period, said the numbers are not comparable as the latest quarter results include the impact of Ind AS 116.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the previous October-December 2019 quarter, the company had posted a net loss of \u20b91,035 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consolidated revenue<br \/>The consolidated revenues for Q4 2020 stood at \u20b923,723 crore.
