{"id":33502,"date":"2020-09-23T08:23:23","date_gmt":"2020-09-23T02:53:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kashmir.today\/?p=33502"},"modified":"2020-09-23T08:23:23","modified_gmt":"2020-09-23T02:53:23","slug":"kashmir-our-integral-part-india-at-un","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kashmir.watch\/?p=33502","title":{"rendered":"Kashmir our integral part: India at UN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Kashmiris still waiting for fulfilment of UN commitments: Pakistan<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greaterkashmir.com\/news\/front-page-2\/kashmir-our-integral-part-india-at-un\/?amp\">PTI<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a scathing attack on Pakistan, India has said that if there is an \u201cunfinished agenda\u201d at the UN, it is that of tackling the scourge of terrorism and the country, a globally-recognised epicenter of the menace, which harbours and trains terrorists and hails them as martyrs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Exercising India\u2019s right to reply on Monday, First Secretary in the country\u2019s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Permanent Mission to the UN Vidisha Maitra said: \u201cPakistan is a country which is globally recognised as the epicenter of terrorism, which by its own admission harbours and trains terrorists, and hails them as martyrs and consistently persecutes its ethnic and religious minorities\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>She was referring to Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan\u2019s remarks in the country\u2019s Parliament where he had termed former al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden as a \u201cmartyr\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe reject the malicious reference made to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, which is an integral part of India.
