{"id":360,"date":"2014-03-12T15:17:00","date_gmt":"2014-03-12T15:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kashmir-today.net\/hurriyat-g-to-expose-the-rumour-mongers\/"},"modified":"2014-03-12T15:17:00","modified_gmt":"2014-03-12T15:17:00","slug":"hurriyat-g-to-expose-the-rumour-mongers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kashmir.watch\/?p=360","title":{"rendered":"Hurriyat G to expose the \u2018rumour-mongers\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<div><b style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Srinagar:<\/b><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> Hurriyat (G) Wednesday said it will expose those elements who are spreading rumours and posting the news about Syed Ali Geelani\u2019s death on facebook and Wikipedia.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">\u201cWe will take legal course of action against a particular Hindi news channel which reported false news against our leader,\u201d spokesman Hurriyat (G), Ayaz Akbar, said.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">Some \u2018irresponsible\u2019 facebook pages operated by unknown persons even posted the news that Hurriyat G Chairman has died at his Hyderpora residence.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">\u201cGeelani Sahab is showing improvement and is recovering. Don\u2019t trust rumours and do not create panic. He is stable and there is no need to panic,\u201d his son Dr Nayeem said.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">He urged people to pray for Geelani Sahib\u2019s health,\u201d his son said adding that Geelani Sahib would be flown to New Delhi as soon as possible for a few medical tests and check-up.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">Ayaz Akbar urged people to keep praying saying they should not panic. Meanwhile, a number of people mostly youth including some separatist leaders visited the ailing leader on Wednesday morning.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">He said that Geelani Sahab will leave for Delhi on Thursday at 12 noon subject to fair weather. \u201cHe will be treated by Dr Sameer Koul and Dr Sarabhai there with whom we are in touch.
