We don\u2019t accept Indian constitution. There can be no solution of Kashmir dispute within the purview of India\u2019s constitution.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He said Indian leadership hasn\u2019t shifted from path of \u201cintransigence on Kashmir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIndia wants to suppress the resistance in Kashmir by force. Draconian legislations continue to guide occupation of Kashmir,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>MeA patron said the present situation of Kashmir demands initiation of \u201cbold steps\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPakistan should allow Azad Kashmir to play its historical role in liberation struggle. If this doesn\u2019t happen India would continue to create problems for Pakistan,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He said in present circumstances there is \u201cno other way for revolutionaries on either side of ceasefire line to look for ways of resistance without stopping way of UJC supremo Syed Salah-ud-Din.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is incumbent on us all to fight against Indian imperialism according to one\u2019s capability,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe also appeal OIC, 57 Muslim member state organization, to stop trade with India and oil supply as well. This will help in finding a peaceful solution to Kashmir issue,\u201d the statement reads.<\/p>\n<p>Inqilabi said India reneged on its promise of plebiscite in Kashmir. \u201cThis persisted misery of Kashmiris.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIndian troops killed six-lakh Kashmiris during the past 67 years, tortured and then killed 10 thousand people without any trace. India hanged our national hero Maqbool Butt and Afzal Guru and outraged modesty of our womenfolk,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEven today thousands of our resistance leaders, activists and youths are languishing in jails. How is it possible that our 50 resistance leaders are serving life imprisonment and we will remain silent?\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He demanded immediate release of Dr. Qasim, Mushtaq-ul-Islam, Masarat Aalam and others. \u201cIf political prisoners aren\u2019t released, then we will reply accordingly,\u201d he warned.<\/p>\n<p>MeA patron said, \u201cAllah (SWT) doesn\u2019t like oppression and oppressors.
