{"id":40070,"date":"2021-09-07T13:38:37","date_gmt":"2021-09-07T08:08:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kashmir.today\/accused-murdered-real-brother-arrested-within-24-hours\/"},"modified":"2021-09-07T13:38:37","modified_gmt":"2021-09-07T08:08:37","slug":"accused-murdered-real-brother-arrested-within-24-hours","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kashmir.watch\/?p=40070","title":{"rendered":"ACCUSED MURDERED REAL BROTHER; ARRESTED WITHIN 24 HOURS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>During intervening night of 5th\/6th of September an information received at Police post Tote Sahri (Reasi) that one Chamail Singh S\/O Gheeka R\/O Sarhi was stabbed and killed by his real brother Lehar Singh over a petty issue.<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2text-indent:0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; text-align: left;\">\n<div style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">\n<div>In this regard FIR no 173\/2021 U\/S 302 IPC is registered at Police Station Reasi and investigation set in.<\/div>\n<div>Police team led by DySP Hqtrs Reasi alongwith FSL unit &amp; photographer of Reasi Police reached at the Scene of Crime after tracking uphill more than two hours.<\/div>\n<div>Police team took dead body in the custody, collected all the circumstances evidences regarding case from scene of crime, dead body was shifted to District Hospital Reasi for postmortem.<\/div>\n<div>After completing all legal procedures, dead body was handed over to legal heirs for last rights.<\/div>\n<div>On enquiring about the accused it was found that accused Lehar Singh fled away from the spot after commission of crime.<\/div>\n<div>Sh Shailender Singh Senior Superintendent of Police sensing the gravity of crime, constituted special teams to apprehend the absconding criminal. Simultaneous raids were conducted in Bhomag, Shajroo-Mahore, Samba Gagwal, Kathua during day as well as night hours.<\/div>\n<div>After hectic efforts team of Reasi Police succeeded in nabbing accused Lehar Singh from Kote-Hiranagar when he was trying to escape to Punjab.<\/div>\n<div>Hard core Lehar Singh has Criminal record of killing his own first cousin Bansi Lal S\/O Bhai Nath R\/O Sarhi in the year 2005 &amp; convicted in case FIR no 84\/ 2005 U\/S 302, 341 RPC.
