A resident namely Shoab Lone told KNS that he applied for the driving license at the ARTO office Bandipora and had completed all the formalities bit even seven days is a limited time for the issuance of the license, more than 15 days are passed with no action taken so far. \u201cI asked every employee but no one helped me.
