Rasik Bhat is going to contest Assembly polls from Baramulla constituency as an Independent candidate \u201cThere is nobody to care about the grievances of the people of Baramulla,\u201d said Rasik Bhat , adding that Fruit, Agriculture remained a luxury for Baramulla residents even as it has been the center for generation of Employment to next Generation.
