However, the local boys swung into action and retrieved the man alive from the river.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was shifted to SMHS Hospital Srinagar where his condition is stated to be critical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A doctor at SMHS Hospital identified the old man as Muhammad Amin, a resident of Kawadara Srinagar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police have registered a case and started an investigation.
