The Deputy Commissioners are acting as Nodal Officers of Indian occupational machinery in civilian cloak and are at the forefront of issuing detention orders under PSA. Also these DCs\u2019 are actively coordinating with MLAs\u2019, Central & State Intelligence agencies, JK Police, Indian Army and other Indian paramilitary forces to devise the plans and strategies to crush the present peoples\u2019 uprising against the forced Indian occupation. For their anti-people and anti-movement role, list of all such Deputy Commissioners will be soon made public for the comprehensive boycott.<\/p>\n

From 9 am,March one & all from North Kashmir to Baramulla, Central Kashmir to Srinagar and South Kashmir to Islamabad;<\/p>\n

Resistance\/Masjid Committees\/Youth Volunteers of Baramulla, Srinagar and Islamabad coordinate and ensure the arrangements<\/p>\n

1. Protests be held across Jammu & Kashmir.<\/p>\n

2. Shutdown across Jammu & Kashmir on all days except for the relaxation mentioned in the program.<\/p>\n

3. Public vehicular movement not to be stopped after 10 pm to 6 am on all nights.<\/p>\n

4. Lockdown all the routes entering your Mohallas, Villages and\u00a0Localities by every means during night to protect people in general and youth in particular from the raids and arrests by Indian forces and J&K Police. 5.
