The minister is charged of allegedly molesting a lady doctor.<\/p>\n<p>The court observed that since Khan is complying with police probe, he can be granted bail.<\/p>\n<p>Pertinently, MLA Rajouri, Shabir Khan had to resign from state health ministry after the case of molestation was registered against him in Police station Shahid Gunj Srinagar.<\/p>\n<p>After the lady doctor filed a formal complaint with police, it lodged a case FIR no. 09 U\/S 354, 509 RPC dated 06.02.2014 at police station Shaheed Gunj.<\/p>\n<p>Khan was granted bail up to February 18 and the same was extended.<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SRINAGAR: The Jammu &amp; Kashmir High Court Tuesday granted bail to the state\u2019s former health minister, Shabir Khan in the molestation case.
