It also directed the accused not to leave the state.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color: white; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; line-height: 18.6pt; margin: 0in 0in 8.3pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 11pt;\">Shabir Khan was evading arrest since a case of molestation was registered against him in Police Station Shahid Gunj, Srianagar, under FIR no 9\/2014 and under sections 354 and 509.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color: white; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; line-height: 18.6pt; margin: 0in 0in 8.3pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 11pt;\">Khan is accused of molesting a lady doctor in his office chamber in Srinagar.
