<\/a>Srinagar<\/span>:Police is yet to arrest the \u2018tainted\u2019 former MoS Health, Shabir Ahmad Khan, who is wanted in a case of molestation.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\u201cThe police team which had left for Jammu, yesterday afternoon, had to spent the night on the Srinagar Jammu highway because of bad weather,\u201d sources said adding \u201cThe said police party Sunday reached Jammu and is busy in fulfilling formalities like presenting case dairy to Jammu police etc.\u201d<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
They added that Shabir Khan, is somewhere in the Jammu city and his arrest is expected any time.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
Earlier, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar issued arrest warrant against Khan on Saturday.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
Pertinently, MLA Rajouri, Shabir Khan was booked for molesting a lady doctor in his office chamber in Srinagar after which he submitted his resignation.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
A case FIR no.9\/2014 u\/s 354 and 509 stands registered against him in Police station Shahid Gunj, Srinagar.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
Police sources said that as soon as Khan is arrested he will be rushed to Srinagar for questioning because the case against him is registered here.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
