{"id":85,"date":"2014-04-02T17:09:00","date_gmt":"2014-04-02T17:09:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kashmir-today.net\/lab-technician-hangs-self-youth-jumps-into-jehlum\/"},"modified":"2014-04-02T17:09:00","modified_gmt":"2014-04-02T17:09:00","slug":"lab-technician-hangs-self-youth-jumps-into-jehlum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kashmir.watch\/?p=85","title":{"rendered":"Lab technician hangs self, youth jumps into Jehlum"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<div><b style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Srinagar:<\/b><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">A government employee allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself inside Gousia hospital here in Khanyar area of down town Srinagar <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Wednesday&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">evening.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">Official sources told GNS that Farooq Ahmad Bhat son of Ali Mohammad Bhat of Khalishpora area of Old city who is working as a lab technician at Gousia hospital, Khanyar this evening hanged himself in his room inside the hospital.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">The colleagues of the technician after spotting him hanging in the room, they immediately rushed him to the SMHS hospital where doctors declared him brought dead, sources said.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">A police official confirmed the incident said that we have registered a case under 174 CrPc and further investigations have been taken up.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">In another incident, a 25-year-old youth committed suicide by jumping into river jehlum near Maisuma, a police official told GNS.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">\u201cA police team was instantly rushed to the spot and quickly retrieved the body of the youth\u201d, a police official told GNS, adding that the identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">He said that a case has been registered in this regard and further investigations area going on.
