{"id":87,"date":"2014-04-02T15:48:00","date_gmt":"2014-04-02T15:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kashmir-today.net\/wamiq-farooq-killing-case\/"},"modified":"2014-04-02T15:48:00","modified_gmt":"2014-04-02T15:48:00","slug":"wamiq-farooq-killing-case","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kashmir.watch\/?p=87","title":{"rendered":"Wamiq Farooq killing case"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<div><b style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"color: blue;\">Court directs police to execute warrants<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"color: red;\"><b>Srinagar:<\/b><\/span> The Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM)&nbsp;has directed the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir get the arrest warrants executed against two accused police personnel allegedly involved in Wamiq Farooq killing case.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">The Court has also taken strong exception to the report filed by SSP in the matter terming it \u2018nothing but repetition of earlier report\u2019. \u201cThe report, on perusal, reflects nothing but delay tactics adopted by police to execute warrants against accused.\u201d<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">The court has said that \u2018no plausible and satisfactory explanation has been tendered for non execution of warrants against accused, rather it appears that police intends to provide escape route to the accused persons from court appearance\u2019.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">\u201cThis court is not satisfied with the report filed and so in order to procure attendance of accused persons coercive means are imperatively required to be followed,\u201d reads the court order.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">The court has directed: &nbsp;\u201cIn this backdrop, non bail able warrants of arrest are issued against accused persons and same be sent to IGP Kashmir Zone for getting executed on accuse persons without any delay.\u201d &nbsp;The court is scheduled to hear the matter on&nbsp;April 16.&nbsp;(KNS)<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Court directs police to execute warrants Srinagar: The Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM)&nbsp;has directed the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir get the arrest warrants executed against two accused police personnel allegedly involved in Wamiq Farooq killing case.
