Mehbooba Mufti should order the police to lodge an FIR against the culprits immediately. Those responsible for these killings should be given exemplary punishment.\u201d<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Even if people were pelting stones on forces, you don\u2019t have a licence to kill them with bullets. Do they (forces) have licence to kill people who raise voice against them?\u201d he asked.
